Paper Stories was started when my love of creativity, trends + all things design blended perfectly with my obsession for weddings, hosting + events. I’m so grateful to have worked on countless projects since + have developed my signature style of playing with colour + shape to create something that’s totally on trend, while ensuring the designs are something you will love for years to come.

Every part of your wedding stationery should be as joyful as your big day. To help you envision what's possible, I've outlined some of my core collections below. Each bespoke suite is completely customisable and designed to bring your unique vision to life.

  • Your guests' first glimpse of your wedding day begins here. Save the Dates are the perfect way to share your exciting news and set the tone for your celebration. Each design is tailored to you and includes a beautifully crafted card, a high-quality envelope, and a stylish liner to complete the look.

  • The official start of your celebration! Wedding invitations are designed to capture the essence of your unique story. Each suite is tailored to you and includes a beautifully crafted main invitation, a detailed info card, an RSVP card, and a high-quality envelope with a stylish liner to complete the set.

  • Pull all the beautiful details together with our On the Day stationery. From the moment your guests arrive, our designs will guide them and elevate your wedding aesthetic. Each bespoke suite can include a striking welcome sign, a detailed table plan, elegant menus, and a perfectly coordinated set of bar menus, place cards, and table numbers.

Note: Further items may be subject to my hourly design fee.

How it works

Secure Your Spot

We'll begin with a deposit to secure your booking. Once confirmed, you'll share your ideas and inspiration, which I'll use to create an initial design brief.

The Design Process

Approximately 3-4 months before your wedding, I'll send you a detailed questionnaire. After you complete it, I'll create three design concepts for you to review, drawing from your inspiration and wedding details like flowers and venue styling.

Refine & Finalise

We'll work together over three rounds of feedback. I'll send you updated design concepts after each round, incorporating your comments to ensure the designs are perfect for you. Any further changes after the third round will incur an hourly fee.

Printing & Delivery

At this point, I'll send you a final invoice for printing costs. Once that's settled, I'll send the stationery to print, ensuring it's completed and delivered to you at least one month before your wedding date.

FAQS

  • If I can, I will always try to help you out with last-minute bespoke jobs! However, my diary does fill quickly. If you’ve left things a little bit last-minute and need a quick turnaround, my 48-hour Stationery Suite might be for you.

  • No, I don’t! However, as all my work is bespoke, my bespoke design fee will still apply. This can mean that smaller orders (for example, if you only have say 10 guests) can mean that this is not as cost effective. 

  • No! If you are looking for just one item, for example, a welcome sign, I would just charge an hourly rate to design this piece, and then you would just pay the printing cost on top of that. I will try to squeeze these smaller jobs into my diary if I can!

  • I take on a limited number of bespoke clients each year, so please don’t delay in getting in touch with me about working together, as I tend to book up many months in advance.

  • The sooner the better! I book many months in advance, so please don’t delay in getting in touch. Most people send Save the Dates about 1 year before the wedding, Invitations 4-6 months before the wedding, and On the Day Stationery should be completed 1 month before the wedding. If we are working together, I will start the process 4 months before you need your stationery, so it’s best to get in touch with me as early in your wedding planning process as possible.

THE 48-HOUR STATIONERY SUITE

She’s speedy, cost-effective, but just as beautiful!

If you need beautiful stationery in a hurry, the 48-Hour Stationery Suites are a perfect solution. This service is speedy and cost-effective, but the quality is just as high as with bespoke clients. Even if I'm fully booked with custom orders, I can easily fit these into my schedule.

In just 48 hours, I will create a collection of ten items based on your chosen brief. You can choose which items you'd like included, whether it's ten on-the-day stationery pieces or a complete save-the-date and invitation suite. I can even make the text editable if you don't have all your final details yet. Once complete, the files are yours to print, and I'll provide you with a handy guide to walk you through the process.

  • I will send you a questionnaire to complete so that I can find out more about your wedding stationery vision! Then we’ll book in a zoom call to discuss the process further. On this call, we can book in a start date to start the 48 hours, you’ll need to be available during this time.

  • I will make a start on your designs on day 1 and have them with you by EOP that day!

    E.g. I will start 9am Monday, have designs to you by 6pm Monday.

  • Within 10 hours, I ask for feedback on the first draft. I’ll start on those changes immediately and have them to you within 3 hours.

    E.g. You received the designs at 6pm Monday and must feedback by 9am Tuesday. I will return that updated version to you by 12pm.

  • Within 3 hours, I ask for feedback on the second draft. I’ll start on those changes immediately and have the final files to you.

    E.g. You received the designs at 12pm Tuesday and must feedback to me by 3pm Tuesday. I will then return the final files to you by 9am Wednesday.

  • By 6pm the following day, you will have the PDF/JPEG files of your stationery designs in your inbox.

    After this point, it’s down to you to have them printed, but I will send you my trusty guide to help you with this process.

I am now on maternity leave. If you would like to get in touch about working together, I am taking bookings for projects starting in February 2027; this means starting invitation designs in February 2027, or starting designs for On the Day Stationery in February 2027, for weddings taking place in April 2027. I have full availability of the rest of 2027.
